Loyalty Points? What are those about?
If you’ve ever shopped in store, you’ve more than likely heard one of the staff ask if you are part of your loyalty program? The majority of you, are valued customers are. But do you know all the ins and outs of the loyalty program? Let’s break that down a bit today.
Earn Points - Loyalty points are the points you earn through the purchases you make at a value of 1 point for every $1.00 you spend before tax. Occasionally we will have double the points events where your points will become 2 points for every $1.00 you spend. Always keep an eye on our social media for those exciting events.
To sign up for our loyalty program you need an account in store. This is as simple as your first name, last name and a phone number. You get 25 bonus points when you sign up. Next, we send you a text that leads you to your loyalty point online dashboard. Here you can see your current points and how many points until your next reward. If you click on the Rewards link at the bottom, you can see your progress towards the different reward levels. There is a tab that says Earn Points. Here you can see your current Earn Points and if you’re a VIP. You can also Set Birthday. This reward gives you a bonus 10 points for setting it up, but also gives you a special one-time reward of $10 off your purchase to use within 7 days of your birthday.
So, what are the reward levels you might be asking? They are the 4 levels of our loyalty program. 150 points can be redeemed for $5.00 off your purchase. 300 points can be redeemed for $15.00 off. 400 points can be redeemed for a FREE pair of in-stock tights of your choice. 600 points can be redeemed for $50.00 off your purchase. Now, there are a few rules we need to follow. 1) The subtotal should be at least the amount of the discount you want to use – if the subtotal is less, the difference just disappears. 2) You can only redeem one Reward per transaction. 3) Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers – so no redeeming rewards during our big sale events.
VIPS – When you accumulate 1000 points you become a VIP. VIPs earn 1.5x the points. This means that instead of earning 1 point for every $1.00 you spend, you will now earn 1.5 points for every $1.00. Saving your points can really pay off in the long run.
