  1. Q. How can I place an order?
    A. You have three (3) options: order online at www.instepactivewear.com, call 905-876-0320, or email [email protected]
  2. Q. What if the item I'm looking for isn't online?
    A. Although we carry a lot of our products online, we have thousands more available in the store! Simply call or email us to ask if we have the particular item you want in stock. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
  3. Q. How can I make sure my online order is set aside for Curbside Pickup at the store location I want?
    A. We have set up two (2) additional shipping options in the cart checkout phase of your online order. Select the items you want to order and "Add to cart", when you're finished, click on your cart in the upper right corner to view your cart. Under "Calculate Shipping Costs", enter your postal code an click "View". You will see two (2) new options, one for Curbside Pickup Milton and one for Curbside Pickup Oakville. Simply select your store location of choice and we'll handle the rest!

  4. Q. When will my order be ready?
    A. WAIT for your confirmation that your order is ready for pick up at your preferred location! If you ordered online, this will be confirmed via email. If you ordered by phone, this will be confirmed via phone. If you ordered via email, this will be confirmed via email. Your order should be ready on the next available pickup day or within 24-48 hours (weekends excluded). Don't forget to include your contact information when you place your order!
  5. Q. What information should I include in my phone or email order?
    A. Make sure to include your name, a phone number we can reach you at and an email we can use to contact you when placing your order. In addition, tell us what item/style #/brand name/description you are looking for and don't forget to tell us colour, size and width (if applicable). Don't worry, we'll confirm everything with you before we get your order ready!
  6. Q. What curbside pickup hours can I expect in Milton and Oakville?
    A. We have set a preliminary schedule for both stores. Once your order is confirmed to be ready, proceed to that location on a scheduled day and time window that the location is available. You decide what works best for you. We'll be there during posted days and hours! Simply call the store when you arrive.

  7. Q. What payment options do I have?
    A. Online orders must be paid using credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) through our online payment portal. Phone or email orders can paid upon your arrival at Curbside Pickup. When you arrive, call the store and we can take payment over the phone (credit card or etransfer). If you prefer to use Debit, we will be able to pass you the debit machine through our "drive-thru" window at Milton or you may be asked to come into the store in Oakville to make your Debit transaction. Our machines will be wiped down between each transaction and we will be wearing gloves. Please NO CASH if possible. Cards are preferred.
  8. Q. What happens if the product I ordered doesn't fit?
    A. Our Return and Exchange Policy is on pause at the moment. We will NOT be accepting returns or exchanges at the moment until we understand how to sanitize returned product properly. Please hold onto your item and re-order the appropriate size with us. We will re-start our return and exchange policy for at least 30 days beyond our re-opening date for all purchases made during the COVID-19 closure. Please note: that purchases made previous to our store closure on March 18th, 2020 will NOT be included in this Return and Exchange Policy extension.
  9. Q. What do I do when I arrive at the store for my curbside pickup?
    A. Simply call the store to let us know you've arrived and stay in your vehicle! If your order still needs to be paid we will take care of that first, then we will bring your order out to our curbside table for pickup. Once your order is outside on the table you may safely pick it up and enjoy!
